We are based in Tweed Heads and service everywhere within a 200km radius.
We use the best quality, waterproof bell tents.
Our tents are 5m in diameter, with zip up windows and doors for maximum airflow. They are fully screened and very spacious.
They can be fully enclosed or the top can unzip from the base and be rolled up for extra airflow and views!
Whether you are wanting 1 tent or more, we can cater for all your special occasions and events.
We set up and pack down the tents for you or you can hire them for DIY set up.
Bookings
Once you have submitted your booking inquiry we will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm availability. Once we have confirmed that your date and booking request is available, an invoice will be sent to you with payment details. A deposit is required to secure your booking.
Cancellations
If you have paid a deposit and want to cancel your booking, we offer a full refund if you cancel atleast 2 weeks before the date of the event.
If you cancel less than 2 weeks before, we don't offer a refund however we can offer an alternative date for your booking.
If we have to cancel due to extreme weather conditions, we provide a full refund.
